Which IT hardware does Logisticoo Tech Logistics transport?
Laptops and PCs, monitors, servers, storage and network equipment, printers, mobile devices and mixed off-lease returns – from a single rack to several pallets.
What happens to the data on the devices?
Data erasure is done by you or your ITAD partner according to your requirements – before collection or at the recipient. We transport the devices traceably, with serial number capture on request.
Can devices be collected from several sites?
Yes, we offer that on request. We coordinate dates and contacts per site; you state the number of collection points in the request.
Do I need a serial number list for the request?
No. Product group and quantity are enough for the first request. We capture serial numbers at collection on request; the exchange method for lists is agreed afterwards.
