You state collection point, destination, date, product group and quantity. Serial numbers are not needed for this.

We clarify collection points, packing condition, batteries and whether serial numbers should be captured. For device lists we agree an exchange method.

The quote states transport, collection points and the agreed additional services.

Execution
Collection on the agreed dates, transport and handover to the recipient – with a serial number list on request.
Several sites
For collections at several sites we coordinate dates and contacts per site and consolidate the goods for onward transport where it makes sense.
Serial numbers
On request we capture serial numbers at collection. The secure exchange method for lists is agreed after the request – please do not paste lists into the form.
Well prepared for handover
You or your service provider prepare storage media and configurations according to your requirements. We take over the devices as you provide them and deliver them traceably – with a serial number list on request.
