Hardware rollouts: new devices to many sites
In a rollout, new hardware goes from the warehouse or distributor to many sites – and the old devices often come back in exchange. We plan delivery according to your rollout plan and, on request, the return at the same time.
What matters
- Rollout plan
- Your project plan defines which site is supplied when. We plan the transports along this plan.
- New in, old out
- Taking back old devices on the same date saves trips – if they are ready for transport.
- New goods, new requirements
- New devices usually come in original packaging; pallets often have to go up to floors or storerooms.
- No installation
- Set-up, connection and commissioning are done by your IT service provider.
Planning questions
We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.
- How many sites will be supplied in what period?
- Where does the new hardware come from – warehouse, distributor, manufacturer?
- Should old devices be taken back on the same date?
- How far into the site does delivery need to go?
- Are there time windows per site, for example outside opening hours?
What we need from you
- Number of sites and period
- Collection point for the new hardware
- Quantity per site
- Return of old devices required?
