Collection from multiple sites

Branches, regional offices, field offices: when hardware stands in many places, coordination is the real effort. On request we coordinate collection from several sites – with dates and contacts per location.

What matters

Site list
The basis is a list of sites with address, contact and approximate quantity. Details are agreed after the request.
Different conditions
An office building with a lift, a store with opening hours, a warehouse with a dock – each site needs its own arrangements.
Consolidation
Whether quantities are collected and then transported onward together depends on volumes and destinations.
Feedback per site
You learn what was collected at which site – with serial numbers on request.

Planning questions

We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.

  1. How many sites are there, and where are they?
  2. Who is the contact at each site, and when is access possible?
  3. Roughly how much hardware is at each site?
  4. Does everything go to one destination or several?
  5. Should serial numbers be captured per site?

What we need from you

  • Number of collection points (in the form)
  • First collection point and destination
  • Rough total quantity
  • Period for the collections

What we do for you

What we organise

  • Transport of your IT hardware from collection straight to destination – from one pallet to recurring volumes
  • On request collection from several sites, serial number capture and project-based packaging
  • Dates coordinated with every collection and destination site – with one contact for you

Good to know

In the form, the first collection point and the number of sites are enough. We agree the site list securely with you after the request.

Questions and answers: Collection from multiple sites

How many sites can Logisticoo coordinate in one collection?

We plan collections from a few to many sites – what matters is location, volumes and period. With your site list we propose a sensible sequence.

Do I need to list all sites in the request?

No, it is simple: the first collection point and the number of sites are enough in the form. We agree the full list with you afterwards.

Do I get feedback on what was collected at which site?

Yes, as agreed – including the captured serial numbers on request.
