Transporting off-lease IT – from lessee to remarketer
At lease end, laptops, monitors and servers sit at the lessee – often spread across several sites and packed to varying standards. We collect them and bring them to the remarketer, the lessor or their warehouse.
What matters
- Mixed quantities
- Returns are rarely uniform: laptops, monitors, docking stations and cables come together. We plan with pallets or pallet cages rather than single devices.
- Several sites
- Large lessees return equipment at several branches. Collection from several sites is available on request.
- Serial numbers
- You decide whether serial numbers are captured at collection. It often makes sense for reconciliation with the lease.
- Condition at handover
- Packing condition and completeness vary. What is unpacked needs packaging – which can be organised per project.

What happens to the data on off-lease devices?
Data erasure is handled by the remarketer, lessor or an appointed service provider – before or after transport, as you agree. We transport the devices traceably, with serial number capture on request.
Can off-lease equipment be collected at several branches?
Yes, on request. We coordinate dates and contacts per site and plan the onward transport to the destination.
Does Logisticoo capture the serial numbers of returns?
Yes, on request, at collection. The exchange method for lists is agreed after the request – not via the form.
