Who takes care of patient data on the devices?
You or your IT service provider – ideally before collection. We then collect the devices discreetly and bring them to the agreed recipient.
Can collections take place outside consultation hours?
By arrangement, yes – what matters is that someone on site grants access and confirms the handover.
