Guides
Planning mixed IT loads
Returns and site closures rarely bring just one device type. Laptops, monitors, servers, printers and cables come together – and have to be loaded so that nothing heavy lies on anything sensitive.
What matters
- Separate by group
- Own load carriers per device group: monitors, laptops, heavy devices, small parts.
- Mind the weight
- Heavy pallets at the bottom or front of the vehicle, light and sensitive ones separate.
- Labelling
- What is on which pallet saves the recipient time.
- Form entry
- Choose “Other / mixed” in the form and briefly list the groups in the message.
Planning questions
We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.
- Which device groups are included?
- Are they separated by group?
- Are there heavy devices such as servers or UPS units?
- How many load carriers in total?
- Does the recipient have sorting requirements?
