Hardware
Transporting large and interactive displays
Large displays and interactive boards from schools and meeting rooms are big, heavy and fragile. They travel upright, in original packaging or comparable protection – wall mounts and trolleys separately.
What matters
- Upright
- Large panels are transported standing; lying flat, the glass breaks more easily.
- Packaging
- Without the original carton, a crate or padded display container is needed.
- Mounts
- Pack wall mounts and trolleys separately.
- Weight
- Large displays are too heavy for one person; clarify access and carrying routes in advance.
Planning questions
We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.
- How many displays, which diagonals?
- Is original packaging available?
- Have the devices been removed from the wall?
- Do trolleys travel along?
- Where are the displays going?
