Transporting IP phones and conferencing equipment
When telephony is switched or an office closes, hundreds of desk phones arise – plus conferencing systems, cameras and room displays. Small devices are bundled, cameras and displays need protection.
What matters
- Desk phones
- Phones with handset and cord are collected in cartons; otherwise cords get tangled.
- Conference cameras
- Cameras with optics and motors travel in original packaging or padded cartons.
- Room displays
- Large displays are handled like large displays – upright and with edge protection.
- Removal
- Wall and ceiling mounts are removed by your provider.

We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.
- How many phones and conferencing systems are there?
