Industrial PCs are robustly built but not indestructible: panel PCs have large touch fronts, box PCs sensitive connectors. They travel as replacement units to plants, as returns to the manufacturer or during modernisation.

- Spare units for plants are often urgent; we clarify dates and recipients on site in advance.

- Defective devices go back with a return number – it belongs on the packaging.
